U.S. Senate Candidate, Florida

CHARLES MARTENS

Your liberty isn't negotiable.

I'm a Miami business owner running for Senate because I'm tired of both parties ignoring the Constitution when it's convenient. Florida deserves better.

What I'm Fighting For

Three promises. No exceptions.

Every vote I cast will be measured against these principles. If a bill violates them, I vote no. Simple as that.

Your Rights. Not Theirs to Take.

The Bill of Rights isn't a suggestion list. Whether it's your speech, your privacy, or your property—I'll fight any attempt to water down your constitutional protections.

Washington Has a Spending Problem

Every dollar the government spends came from someone who earned it. I'll read every bill, vote no on budget bloat, and demand actual results for taxpayer money.

Nobody's Above the Law

Badge or no badge, title or no title—when power goes unchecked, regular people pay the price. I'll support real accountability at every level.

About the Candidate

I'm not a politician. That's the point.

I moved to Miami in 2003 and built a life here—ran a small business, raised a family, paid taxes, and watched both parties make promises they had no intention of keeping.

In 2016 and 2020, I kept thinking: surely these aren't my only choices? But they were. That's when I realized that complaining without acting is just noise.

So here I am. Not because I want the job, but because Florida needs a senator who will actually read the bills, vote no when the answer should be no, and remember that the Constitution isn't optional.

This campaign runs on ideas, not data harvesting.

I'm not collecting your email to spam you. I'm not asking for your phone number. Read what I believe, think about it, and talk to people you trust. That's how minds actually change.
